I had come
to Charleston, to meet up with an agent I had been in contact with. The agent
called me the night I arrived into Charleston and told me that he needed to
leave town the next morning. I had previously been to Greg's website and received
an email from him thanking me for visiting his website. I had for some reason
kept that email. So, the next morning I contacted Greg with my situation and
met with him VERY shortly. Two of the properties that I looked at were out of
Greg’s territory,. So through Greg, we used a local agent that was very pushy
and not looking in my best interest. I stayed in contact with Greg and took his
advice instead of the other agent. Greg Flanagan went way above any
expectations I may have had or expected. Within just 5 days, I had a contract
on the property I wanted. I will refer and use Greg Flanagan again and highly
