So You're looking to move?
Been there, done that. Didn't like it much for the most part. I don't mind helping someone else out though. No matter which way you're headed, into town or away from town I can help.
I can help if you're coming into town by setting up showings, arranging lodging, reservations, car service or whatever you need. Like every other REALTOR in the area (hopefully) I know the area and its culture. Unlike the other RELATORS though I won't waste your time. I will show show you what you told me you wanted to see, not what will make me the most money that day.
Moving In- What to expect
What I expect from you is the same respect for my time. I deal with people that are motivated, serious buyers. If you're just looking right now, please use the MLS feature on my site to get an idea of whats out there and when you're ready we can move forward. Call me or email with any questions you may have. I don't mean to be crude or rude, but your time and my time are valuable assets, let's not waste any with wild goose chases.
I expect an executed exclusive right to buy agency agreement prior to showing the first home or initiation of any action on your behalf. This agreement protects both of us. A commitment of at least 90 days will get us through the search, escrow and closing period on most purchases.
I will ask that you provide a letter from your bank or mortgage broker stating you have sufficient funds on deposit or are approved for "x" amount with the only contingencies being , House appraisal, home inspections and/or clear CL100.
I will ask that you have access to certified funds that can be used as an escrow deposit. Each purchase is unique and we will discuss actual amounts during our first meeting.
I will ask that ALL decision makers are available during showings. There are exceptions to this rule, but not many. :)
And last but not least, I will ask that you hold me to your highest expectation. That is what I am here for, to serve you and your needs. I will not be bullied or looked down upon, but I will serve, with dignity. My job here is to take as much of the stress from you, while still allowing you to enjoy your search for your new home.

I can do what most of the other REALTORS can do, refer you to one of our corporate offices in your next city. They or I probably won't know the agent other then what's on their website, unless they happened to get real lucky and have a true friend in your next city.
On the other hand what I do is find you someone I know. I don't care if they are with my company or not. I belong to an association of top producers from all parts of the country that meet once a year, in January, in Chicago (you have to like these people to go to a place that cold in the dead of the winter). All these people hold the MSP (Master Sales Professional)designation and are committed to a set of core values including a "Get by Giving" philosophy. I will contact my peers and with their help get you the best representation available- guaranteed!
