A Great Video For Sellers In Mount Pleasant SC

The REMAX  Guide to sellers does such a better job at producing videos than I do I decided to run this one for this months blog.

It addresses ten ways sellers will get the highest and best price when selling a home.  I think two of the biggest struggles I have as a listing agent are getting people to pack prior to showing the house and the other is communicating the need to "let go" emotionally. Sellers have to come to terms that they are leaving and and the shoppers need to see the house as uncluttered and depersonalized as possible.

The sellers market is still very hot with homes selling at some of the highest prices in a decade. Call me if you are considering selling now or next spring. I expect we will see a continued sellers market through the Fall and into the spring.
