In a tough market, it’s easy to get pulled into the cycle of negative news. We’ve heard it too, but our company chooses NOT to participate!

A real estate transaction should not be handled as if you were selling a used sofa in a garage sale. There is more to selling your home then just writing a cute description, putting a sign out front and waiting for someone to see it on the MLS. If you are not aggressive in marketing a home in today's market the house will sit without being shown for months. Critical to marketing are the first two to three weeks. My marketing plan addresses this period. The same with buying a home. In today's world everyone has access to the listings and I think that's great. What most buyers don't have is the knowledge of the market as a whole. You can lose or save thousands with the stroke of a pen. That's what I do for you. I know the market. I know what sold this morning, last night, two months and a year ago. I know what they paid, when they paid it. Most times I know what they owe. My job is to find you the best home, at the best negotiated price with the fairest terms, new or pre-owned. Don't call the persons name on the sign. They are already employed by the seller and have the sellers best interest at heart. Write my number down in your notebook and give me a call if you're out looking at property. I'll be happy to tell you the price and even better I'll give you where a few more of the same type property you're calling on are located.
